1. Reservation: The reservation agreement and its variations concerning the services of ItalianRivieraRent.com are not binding until they are confirmed by ItalianRivieraRent.com and the customer.

2. Deposit: A deposit is not required for the stay, but the total balance must be paid within 5 days before the arrival date. If the booking is made in the short term, ItalianRivieraRent.com is authorized to demand a credit card guarantee on the entire amount. If the balance is not paid within the established deadline, ItalianRivieraRent.com is authorized to dissolve the contract and claim the cancellation costs mentioned in point 5.

3. Occupation and return of apartments: As long as there is no other arrangement the occupation of the apartment is possible from 3.00 pm to 6.00 p.m. Return of the apartment must take place until 10.00am on the day of departure.

4. Prices and duty of payment: Prices are indicated on the booking confirmation, on the current price list or according to special agreements. The amount of the stay is to be paid 5 days before arrival by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

5. Policy and consequences of a cancellation or a reservation not taken up (no-show): The customer must inform ItalianRivieraRent.comof a cancellation as early as possible. In case of cancellation, ItalianRivieraRent.com is entitled to charge the customer the following cancellation fees as a % of the reserved apartment:
- free cancellation within 5 days before arrival
-after 5 days the balance of the stay will be charged

6. Customer liability: the customer is liable to ItalianRivieraRent.com for all damages and losses, which are caused by him, his participants or partners.

7. Any "Non Refundable" or "N.R." rates will not be eligible for a refund in case of cancellation.
